Located at the "Crossroads of New Jersey," the Residence Inn Woodbridge is conveniently located near the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center, the Woodbridge Center Mall, and the Raritan Business Center. We’ve combined all of the comforts of home with a passion for service, so every guest feels welcome. There is another Hampton located about 10 minutes away on the same highway, looked nicer, try that, maybe you’ll have better luck.The Residence Inn by Marriott® Woodbridge Edison/Raritan Center Hotel has perfected the extended-stay experience. But you cannot take a U turn or left turn to drive in from the opposite lane. The noise from US 9 where it is located does not help either. The bed is quite hard and will not suit at all if you are a plush mattress lover. There is a Longhorn joined to the property though. They carry the minimum items of any Hampton I have stayed. BTW, if you do miss the breakfast in case you get up late, you have not missed much at all. The lady there did not even mention the breakfast hours which is customary. I had to show up to the reception to get a key. Although I got a prior email that my phone will act as my key, it did not happen. A thick smell greeted us as we unlocked the smallish room. As soon as we entered, it felt very noisy and dirty. However, this Hampton does not cross the high bar at all. They are well managed, clean, quiet and serve very good breakfast. I prefer them over others whenever possible. Over the years I have come to expect a minimum standard from the Hampton hotel chain.
